Guatemala

Well, I haven't caught up to the present time yet, but time is an illusion anyways. Instead, I am going to jump backwards a couple of years to my Guatemala/Honduras adventures. Let's you and me take a look:

Sam and I spent a month bumming around Guatemala and Honduras the summer of 2007. We spent the first two weeks in Xela, Xelaju or Quetzaltenango (all the same place) studying Spanish with the language school Sakribal (an awesome language school if you are in the market http://www.sakribal.com/).

While walking along at night, someone was setting off fireworks right next to us, as they are wont to do.

Hot Springs

A terrible idea...the hot springs were very alkaline
